Your privacy is very important to us at Hunter Coast Therapy. We value the strong relationships we have with our clients and work consistently to maintain this at the highest standard. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  • We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified within your Service Agreement. Hunter Coast Therapy makes no further use of client personal information unless we obtain the consent of the participant concerned or are required by law.

  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfilment of Service Agreement purposes.

  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, with the knowledge and consent of the individual concerned.

  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • We will make readily available to participants information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

  • We will make readily available to participants whom we support with our feedback and complaints form as required. 


Hunter Coast Therapy handles data collection and maintenance with full and proper respect for the privacy of our clients. The data we receive is handled with sensitivity, non-judgement and a high level of security. Hunter Coast Therapy does not distribute , disclose or sell the data we collect from our clients or third parties.

The personal information collected from our client is dependant on how they utilise our website and what they choose to share at the time of making contact with us. 

We will preserve the contents of any email message that clients or Third Parties send us if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. Emails sent to our Hunter Coast Therapy contact are routinely monitored for quality control, system administration and legal compliance purposes. 

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is secure, protected and maintained at all times.
