Our Locations
Hunter Coast Therapy is based in Adamstown NSW, on Awabakal Country. We are proud to provide a non-clinical environment for consultations. Our rooms are located across two sites. "Head office" which we refer to as HCT Hub is located Suite 6, 122 Garden Grove Parade Adamstown NSW 2289, we also have HCT Gym located at 4/10 William Street, Adamstown NSW 2289 (behind Adamstown PetStock) with our friends at Infuse Health.
We love these spaces as they are non threatening, friendly and calming. There is plenty of off street parking and on street public transport stops directly out the front of both sites. We nearly forgot to mention the Wild Vine coffee crew out the front of HCT Gym serving up the best coffee in our friendly neighbourhood.

We offer flexibility to meet your needs. We can come to you in the community, at home or school. Alternatively you can come and use any of our space mentioned above. Who doesn't love a coffee in the sunshine or sprawling out in our comfy consult room.
Often we get asked how far we will travel to provide our services. We take this on a case-by-case basis. We always consider the right fit for both you and your therapist. Depending on your goals you may require intense face to face therapy. Alternatively we may be able to incorporate a mixture of face to face, telehealth and consultations with your support team to achieve your goals. Check out our telehealth delivered differently page.
